Venture Capital (Venture Capital, abbreviated as VC) is referred to as venture capital, and is also called venture capital investment. It is mainly a financing method that provides financial support for start-ups and obtains shares of the company. Venture capital is a form of private equity investment. A venture capital company is a professional investment company, which is composed of a group of people with relevant knowledge and experience in technology and finance.
It provides funds to those who need funds (invested companies) by means of direct investment to obtain the equity of the investment company. Most of the venture capital company's funds are used to invest in new ventures or unlisted companies (although the current regulations have greatly eased the use of funds), and not for the purpose of operating the invested company, only provide funds and professional knowledge and experience. In order to assist the invested company to obtain greater profits, it is a high-risk and high-reward business that pursues long-term profits.
