What We Do

Securities trading

Securities Transaction refers to the act of securities holders transferring securities to other investors in accordance with the trading rules. A securities transaction is a sale and purchase of securities that have been issued according to law and subscribed by investors. It is a sale of a specific right with property value and is also a sale of a standardized contract. The methods of securities trading include spot trading, futures trading, options trading, credit trading and repurchase. The market formed by securities trading is the trading market of securities, that is, the secondary market of securities.
Securities trading is generally divided into two forms: one form is a listed transaction, which means that securities are traded on the stock exchange. Securities that are approved to be registered and traded on the stock exchange are called listed securities; companies whose securities can be listed and traded on the stock exchange are called listed companies. Another form is the trading on the counter, which means that securities that are publicly issued but not up to the listing standard are traded on the securities counter trading market. Numerous stock companies have issued shares, but not all stocks are free to go public or trade on the shelves. In order to go public or trade on stocks, stocks must be reviewed according to certain conditions and standards. Only those that meet the requirements can be listed or traded freely. If the listed stocks deteriorate, the standard will not be met, and the stock exchange can stop its listing qualification.
